Markus Trunschke

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University interested in Innovation Economics, Industrial Organization, Computational Economics, and Applied Microeconometrics. I received my Ph.D. in Business Economics from the Department of Management, Strategy, and Innovation (MSI) at KU Leuven in autumn 2023. During my Ph.D, I worked at the Innovation Economics and Industrial Dynamics research department at ZEW-Mannheim, carrying out third-party-funded projects. I spent research stays at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and the Economics Department at the Pennsylvania State University.
